We are looking for a creative and organized BITS Creator to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll bring spaces to life, from layout planning to styling and everything in between. You’ll work closely with contractors, suppliers, and our internal team to ensure each project is delivered to a high standard, on time, and with care.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about interiors, enjoys practical problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing & Planning: Creating layouts and interior concepts that feel considered, cohesive, and functional.
- Visual Communication: Developing visual mockups to clearly communicate your design ideas to clients and the team.
- Site Coordination: Managing daily site activity and coordinating directly with contractors and suppliers.
- Project Management: Tracking deliveries and progress across multiple projects to ensure seamless execution.
- Styling: Hands-on arranging of furniture and decor to create warm, “move-in ready” finished spaces.
- Sourcing: Finding new suppliers or unique pieces to constantly improve and evolve our design offering.
- Client Interaction: Meeting landlords and property owners for tailored projects, consultations, or final walk-throughs.
What You’ll Need
- Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in interior design, home styling, or a related creative field.
- Design Eye: A strong eye for spatial planning, color palettes, style, and fine detail.
- Organization: Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attitude: A flexible, proactive, and “can-do” approach to handling projects on the go.
- Mobility: A valid UAE driving license is essential for site visits and coordinating deliveries.
