Business Development Manager – Holiday & Short Term Rentals

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our award-winning Holiday & Short Term Rentals team. We are looking for someone who is driven, customer-focused, able to thrive under pressure, and capable of using their own initiative to grow our portfolio.
Role Requirements
- Lead Generation: Actively prospect landlords using our CRM system, Dubizzle, and internal database sheets.
- Portfolio Growth: Achieve a target of onboarding a minimum of 8 new properties per month.
- Internal Collaboration: Manage and convert referrals from our internal sales and leasing agents.
- Contracting: Meet with landlords to present our services and secure signed management agreements.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare and present accurate financial projections and ROI expectations to potential landlords.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong rapport with potential landlords on a daily basis.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct frequent market reports to create data-driven presentations for clients.
What You’ll Need
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development or real estate.
- Mobility: A valid UAE driving license and a personal car are mandatory.
- Local Knowledge: Experience working within Dubai is essential; specific knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market is highly preferred.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Customer Focus: Proven experience in improving customer satisfaction and building trust.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English.
- Efficiency: Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
- Drive: Highly confident and motivated by working in a commission-based environment.
