We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Consultant who is driven, customer-focused, and capable of working under pressure while using their own initiative to close high-value deals.
Role Requirements
- Investment Sourcing: Identify and obtain high-quality investment opportunities for the purchase or lease of ready commercial properties through key industry contacts.
- Vacancy Management: Ensure property rentals by effectively advertising and filling commercial vacancies.
- Client Liaison: Manage client relationships to understand their unique business requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Documentation: Prepare lease agreements and all necessary legal documents accurately.
- Administrative Excellence: Follow up on all paperwork and ensure up-to-date information is entered into our database systems.
What You’ll Need
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to create and present detailed weekly/monthly leasing reports.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills to deal with high-net-worth investors and business owners.
- Relationship Management: A proven ability to maintain effective working relationships with property owners, developers, and corporate clients.
- Organization: Meticulous record-keeping of properties, clients, and landlords.
- Ambition: A proactive mindset and the drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
